Key responsibilities include:

• Setting Objectives for the HR operations team and tracking progress

• Monitoring internal HR systems and databases

• Monitor key HR metrics & Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures

• Create detailed reports on HR costs

• Manage and tracking Saudization plans and providing updates on a monthly basis

• Working with mobility on visa/iqama approvals

• Develop and implement strategies for creating a high performing organizational culture based on transparency integrity accountability performance measurement and results to ensure that programed activities are undertaken on sound management principles and practices

• Overseeing exit interviews

• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover

• Recommending new policies approaches and procedures

Qualifications:

• Saudi National

• 5 to 7 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager HR Manager or similar role

• Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems

• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages

• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies

• Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities with team management capabilities.

• Knowledge in the Saudi labor law and all Governmental tools and portals.

• Updated in all HRSD announcements and changes that might effect the company.
