Manage the recruitment and selection process, including searching, screening and interviewing candidates.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures to enhance employee commitment and increase productivity.
Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing development plans for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including conducting audits and addressing any violations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding human resources issues, including taking disciplinary action and resolving disputes.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Manage the HR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Follow HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR-related processes and programs.
Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources, preferably in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Certification in Human Resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desirable.
Experience in [industry] preferred.
