Human Resources Officer - Interlink HR Consultancy

Job Summary

• Manage the daytoday operations of the Human Resources Department.
• Responsible for managing the administration of the human resources policies and procedures.
• Manage human resources activities such as employment compensation employee relations benefits training and employee services.
• Maintain and develop HR policies ensuring compliance and contribute to the development of the organization HR policies.
• Manages endtoend and timely closure of disciplinary performance reward talent grievance cases and absence management for all employees and transition management.
• Counseling guidance and support to managers in case of disciplinary issues.
• Ensure new joining formalities are completed on time (Medical exam EID employee induction) and Document renewal follow up (passport Emirates ID residence)
• Manage and review the exit interview feedback and provide information guidance and analysis as appropriate to managers.
• Assist HR Director in all HR related tasks such as presentations and management reports.

Required Skills

• 2 3 years of experience in HR is a must
• Fluent in Arabic and English
