Job Description

  • Administer and optimize the Odoo HRMS to manage all HR activities effectively.
  • Oversee administrative HR responsibilities, ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle mass freelance hiring for events, coordinating closely with various departments.
  • Manage contracts and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain meticulous HR records.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience, with specific expertise in the events industry.

  • A strong background in HRMS, particularly Odoo.
  • Proven track record of managing HR systems and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
