- Administer and optimize the Odoo HRMS to manage all HR activities effectively.
- Oversee administrative HR responsibilities, ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Handle mass freelance hiring for events, coordinating closely with various departments.
- Manage contracts and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain meticulous HR records.
- Generate reports on HR metrics to aid in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience, with specific expertise in the events industry.
- A strong background in HRMS, particularly Odoo.
