Education and training:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Preferably have a recognized qualification in human resources management such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
Experience:
Previous experience in the field of human resources management, with a preference for experience as an HR manager or CEO, usually at least 2-5 years.
Management skills:

Knowledge of laws and regulations:
