Human Resources Manager

• Plan, direct, and coordinates human resource management activities of Sunset Hospitality Group to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Administering the HR Policies, and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the UAE Labor Law.
• Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, time management, employee development activities and payroll management.
• Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
• Effective management of legal activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
