Job Description

  • Lead HR department functions/missions including: talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems and any other mission
  • Provide strategic counsel on all people matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws across UAE, but also UK/USA.
  • Oversee and develop as well as implement the remuneration policies and practices in line with general principals.
  • Accountable for the performance of HR functioning and HR team.
  • Create and manage the HR department’s annual budget and follow up closely on financial forecast of the department
  • Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition.
  • In cooperation with relevant departments, create, develop, implement and oversee the general training and professional development policies.
  • Develop company wellbeing, health and counselling policies.
  • Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.

Experience required:

  • 5 years HR Management / Business Administration experience and a proven track record of high professionalism, and ability to get jobs done efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English, highly presentable and smart manners.
  • Fluency in written and verbal French is essential
  • Meticulous, hardworking ethic, attention to detail, positive can-do attitude, displaying strong mental agility.
  • Professional approach, self-motivated and takes initiatives to find solutions.
  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies.
  • Knowledge/experience of UK or USA Labor Laws would be a huge advantage.
