Search for potential candidates from various online sources (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Prepare recruitment messages to attract passive candidates
Scan CVs and application forms
Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in person)
Preparing and distributing tasks and tests of numbers, language, and logical reasoning
Advertise job opportunities on the company's careers page, social media, external career sites and internally
Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates
Send job offer letters and respond to inquiries about compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR indicators, including time to mobilize, time to hire, and source of recruitment
Participating in career fairs and organizing internal recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future staffing needs
Act as an advisor to new employees and assist them in the integration process
