- Develop innovative and creative approaches to product placement and storytelling.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the Visual Merchandising budget, making cost-effective decisions while delivering appealing visual displays.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of four Visual Merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Oversee work schedules and task assignments, ensuring the team's productivity and development.
