- Welcome Guests / Visitors and assist them in finding their way around the office or studio, and leading them in the designated waiting area.
- Help maintain workplace confidentiality and privacy by monitoring visitors who comes in and out of the workplace
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Resolve office related malfunctions and responsible to respond to requests or issues.
- Assist Management in maintaining files for Company’s record keeping
- Assist the Company’s Mandoup in preparing documents that are Government-Related
- Assist in Payroll with the Accounting Team
- Be in track on the Policies may be it Government or Company Affiliated
