Driller - Land Rig - Kuwait

As a Driller you will play a crucial role in the success of our onshore/land rig drilling operations. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in drilling operations particularly in deep drilling and the ability to operate 3000 HP drilling equipment efficiently with valid well control for our client in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee the drilling equipment including drawworks mud pumps and drilling systems to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
• Monitor drilling parameters make necessary adjustments and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.
• Collaborate closely with the drilling team including assistant drillers derrickhands and roughnecks to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
• Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Driller in the oil and gas industry with a specific focus on deep drilling operations.
• Experience operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.
• with no less than 15 years experience (local & overseas).
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example in this regard.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in highpressure situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
• Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid well control (preferred).
