SCG Healthcare Talent is currently recruiting "Nurse Manager" for a largest medical center in Texas.

• Oversee and manage daily operations of nursing department
  
• Lead and develop nursing staff through coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  
• Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures
  
• Monitor and control department budgets
  
• Participate in developing and implementing hospital wide initiatives
  
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Nursing
  
• Active nursing license
  
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a health care setting
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
  
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and health care regulations
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
