About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help the management in hiring the best talent for the organization. The person will assist the HR manager and Management in establishing and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential candidates for all open positions. The person should be very sharp, quick, a problem solver and a decision maker.
We are seeking a fast-paced, dynamic and creative candidate who loves to talk to new people and is passionate about recruitment process, the person should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are working to make roads faster, smarter and safer.
As part of this effort, you will work closely with different teams within the organization to help achieve this goal
Responsibilities
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools.
Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc).
Creating and Maintaining Pipelines for all open positions together.
Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews (Internal and external)
Reference Checks and Follow up with candidates/stakeholder/technical team
Requirements
Should have expertise in LinkedIn Sourcing, and should also be familiar with different sourcing and job portals.
Should have knowledge of different IT Technologies and tools.
Bachelor s degree is a MUST
Master s degree should be in MBA.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
