- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NEOM regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all employees are aware of and trained in emergency response procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports regarding HSSE performance and progress to the PFM management.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement NEOM security protocols and technologies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of health, safety, security and environment programs.
- Communicate regularly with employees and management regarding health, safety, security and environment matters.
