HSE Officer Supervisor Coordinator

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Officer / Supervisor / Coordinator in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and safe working practices across oil & gas operations.
  
• Conduct workplace safety inspections hazard identification and risk assessments.
  
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and verify compliance with approved safety procedures.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks safety inductions and HSE awareness sessions for site personnel.
  
• Investigate incidents near misses and unsafe conditions and support corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Maintain HSE documentation inspection records incident reports and compliance registers.
  
• Monitor the correct use of PPE and ensure personnel comply with site-specific safety requirements.
  
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities drills and site safety initiatives.
  

• HSE Management: Ability to implement and monitor occupational health safety and environmental procedures.
  
• Risk Assessment: Ability to identify hazards assess risks and recommend appropriate control measures.
  
• Permit to Work: Understanding of PTW controls used for high-risk oil & gas activities.
  
• Incident Investigation: Ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes and corrective actions.
  
• Oil & Gas Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safe working practices applicable to industrial and oil & gas environments.
  

• Knowledge of international occupational health and safety standards.
  
• Experience with toolbox talks emergency drills and safety training.
  
• Familiarity with HSE audits reporting and contractor safety management.
