HSE Officer

our responsibilities:

Maintain safety culture and ensure Company HSE plan is implemented

The safety officer is responsible to do the site inspection and prepare the report.

Check the work permits.

Induct the new labors.

Take the necessary measurement and using of safety devices like gas monitoring, heat stress tracker and noise meter…etc.

Report all accident / incident.

Induce the safety culture in workers and Staff.

Stop unsafe activity

Escalate the safety violations and non-compliances

Ensure safety plan implementation on site

Profile / Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as HSE Officer

Rail experience is mandatory (not power or oil & gas) on two different projects minimum. But not for construction /civil companies.

With strong personality, able to speak out when they think there is an HSE issue.
