Job Summary

SINDAN is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health safety environmental and fire practices across its additive manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE regulations conducting inspections and risk assessments managing industrial hazards and promoting a strong safety culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workplace inspections audits and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
  • Monitor chemical powder equipment and waste-handling safety.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct HSE inductions toolbox talks and emergency drills.
  • Maintain HSE records and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
  • Monitor PPE use and contractor safety compliance.


Requirements
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelors degree in Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • 35 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and hazardous-material handling.
  • Additive manufacturing or oil and gas experience is preferred.



Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or a related field. 812 years of procurement experience including 3 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in strategic sourcing contract negotiation and supplier management. Experience with international procurement Chinese suppliers and import/export activities. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or Epicor. CIPS CPSM or CPM certification is an advantage.


Required Education:

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Environmental Science Industrial Safety Engineering or related field. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (mandatory). Certifications in safety standards such as NEBOSH OSHA or equivalent are preferred.
