Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Officer in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client ADNOC is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across oil & gas project activities.
- Conduct workplace inspections hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and applicable safety standards.
- Verify Permit to Work controls and safe working practices before hazardous activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks safety inductions and HSE awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents near misses and unsafe conditions and support corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE inspection incident training and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- NEBOSH Certification Required professional HSE qualification stated in the requirement.
- ADNOC Approval Mandatory approval stated for the role.
- Risk Assessment Ability to identify hazards and implement appropriate controls.
- Permit to Work Understanding of PTW requirements in oil & gas environments.
- HSE Compliance Knowledge of occupational health safety and environmental procedures.
- Incident investigation and root-cause analysis
- Toolbox talk and safety training delivery
- Oil & gas project HSE documentation
Experience was not specified in the posting. Typical requirement: HSE Officer positions on oil & gas projects commonly require prior HSE/site-safety experience preferably in oil & gas construction shutdown maintenance or similar high-risk environments. ADNOC project exposure would be advantageous.
- Minimum: Typical Diploma/Degree in Engineering Science Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline
- Preferred: NEBOSH qualification
- Additional: ADNOC Approval required
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
