Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws,regulations, and company standards
• Monitors the effective implementation of Safety and Environment System procedures and provide fortheir updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives.
• Ensure proper communication of changes in the procedures and policies to all employees
• Analyze and inspect work environments and work procedures to ensure adherence to EHS regulations.
• Coordinate health and safety initiatives including training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Maintain partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of safety excellence
• Promote employee awareness of safety-related issuesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in the HSE program
• Provides training and familiarization of all company personnel respecting the importance of complyingwith HSE system policies and procedures.
• To conduct internal safety audits and submit report to the concerned and management.
• To conduct out any in-house safety training.
• To conduct safety audits on Sub-contractor
• To conduct and review project operational activities to determine the safety, health and environmentalsignificant aspects involved
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Possess strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills
  Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 10+ years of working experience in the same field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail
  Excellent, leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ship repair and shipbuilding.
• Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced time management skills
• Education: Engineering degree or relevant industry qualification
• Age: 35 years or above

Salary AED 25 K-30K + benefits
