On behalf our client We are looking for an HSE Assistant .
Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies procedures and guidelines in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.
Support the HSE team in conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards assess risks and recommend control measures.
Help monitor workplace conditions equipment and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Assist in investigating incidents accidents and near misses and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommended corrective actions.
Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices emergency procedures and hazard awareness.
Assist in maintaining accurate HSE records including incident reports inspections training records and permits as required by regulatory agencies.
Support the promotion of strong safety culture by assisting in organizing and implementing HSE initiatives and programs.
Assist in coordinating and participating in emergency response drills ensuring effective emergency preparedness and response measures are in place.
Stay informed about relevant HSE regulations industry trends and emerging technologies and contribute to recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the HSE team and other departments to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote effective communication and cooperation
