- Implementing relevant HR metrics to determine the workforce's efficiency and impact.
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems to ensure 100% compliance in all employee data
- Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to turnover, motivation and internal mobility rates
- Is the sole responsible for gathering, summarizing, and communicating information on time and attendance
- Is the sole responsible for tracking and checking employee leave-related numbers and reporting them to the HR team Lead
