Key Requirements
- Preferred: University degree from a recognised institution
- Professional human resources designation or equivalent work experience
- Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of Human Resources relevant work experiences in HR shared services, preferably in the banking industry
- Fast learner and keen eye for detail
- Understanding of HR labour laws, policies and practices will be advantages
- Good interpersonal skills and must possess well-developed written and oral communication skills
- to effectively deal with employees’ queries
- Demonstrates flexibility and good organisational skills to effectively deal with multiple demands and changing priorities
