What you bring to Sulzer:
- 4+ years of experience in relevant technical roles where a mix of HR and IT knowledge has been acquired.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Outstanding organizing skills and proven ability to operate in a matrix environment, predict issues, anticipate risks and solve problems
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms to non-technical users.
- Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience with coding (e.g. SQL, HTML, C#, Python, R, VBA, M-Code) and data management and analytics.
- Proficient in MS O365, particularly MS Excel.
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
