Key Skills Needed
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Outstanding organizing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms to non-technical users
• Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with coding (e.g. SQL, HTML, C#, Python, R, VBA, M-Code) and data management and analytics
• Proficient in MS O365, particularly MS Excel
• Fluent in English – both written and verbal
• Additional languages are a plus
