- Serving as a trusted representative of our HR Operations function, providing invaluable day-to-day support to both employees and management.
- Assisting in employee onboarding and induction plans, ensuring that new hires complete onboarding and documentation formalities seamlessly.
- Handling staff grievances and disciplinary matters, offering support to the HR Supervisor and HR Manager to efficiently resolve issues in accordance with HR policies.
- Providing expert advice on employee issues and concerns, aligning with company and HR policies and procedures.
