Project/Skills:

- Description/Responsibilities): Will be supporting the enterprise capability for HR and the associate experience. Responsible for the key stakeholders to develop the strategic roadmap for the HR enterprise capability.
- Department: Operations and Business Operations Management
- Bachelors is preferred – equivalent experience will suffice
- Product management experience of 7+ years
- SAFe Agile Experience is HIGHLY preferred
- previous experience in a bank is ideal, but not required
Top 3-5 Skills Needed:
- Transformational programs and organizing large efforts into achievable deliverables
- SAFe Agile
- Developing strategic roadmaps for products and services
- MS Office proficiency
- Azure DevOps and ServiceNow experience
Top 3-5 Soft Skills for culture fit: Collaborative, influential, working in a dynamic environment, STRONG communication skills (verbal and written).
