Job Description

  • Support the Development of Project HR plan.
  • Support the Development of Project Org. Chart
  • Support the Definition and Implementation of Employee Titles and Salary Scales
  • Manage the Recruitment Process
  • Ensure the Availability of an Attractive Employee Value Proposition
  • Create and Implement HR Policies and Manage Employee Relations
  • Develop and Implement Project Employee Training
  • Manage Day-to-Day HR Activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices Fluency in English (written and spoken)
