Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Background working in Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex HR-related issues.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
