We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in human resources and indepth knowledge of departmental functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our organizations human resources activities while understanding the unique needs and requirements of different departments.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
  • Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assess morale.
  • Departmental Collaboration:
Develop a deep understanding of the functions and goals of each department.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with departmental objectives.
  • Provide HR support tailored to the specific needs of each department.
  • Training and Development:
Identify training needs within departments and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Work with departmental leaders to create career development plans for employees.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across departments.
Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies in accordance with labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Advise departmental heads on HRrelated legal issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role ( 3 years Above).
  • Indepth knowledge of HR policies labor laws and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of departmental functions within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
