BA in Human Resources Management, Law or Business Administration is an advantage At least 5+ years of human resources management experience. Be involved with the research, analytic, design and implementation of HR projects such as HRMS, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Experience Working experience for education industry or consulting company is a plus Business acumen about consulting and education. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle HR operations and administration. Familiar with local HRMS. Good knowledge of HR strategic planning and practices. HR analytical Skills. Budgeting & Headcount Planning Skills. Performance Management Skills. Communication & Presentation Skills. Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
