HR Manager- Construction

Responsibilities:

• Prepare plan designs and specifications, budgets, scope of work, schedules, and estimates
  
• Prepare maps, environmental impacts, permits, contracts, surveys, data collection, and field investigations
  
• Assist with business development
  
• Responsible for project financials
  
• Attend public/board meetings with municipal engineers and clients
  

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 5+ years of experience
  
• Municipalities experience preferred
  
• PE registration for the State of Illinois or ability to obtain within 12 months
