Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in mid to large-sized construction companies in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Administer and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including personnel files and contracts.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
  • Coordinate with management to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR strategies.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational growth and development.
  • Handle any other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
