- Responsible for Morocco & Algeria day-to-day administration of policies, processes and programs covering several or all the following: recruiting, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, coaching, employee performance, legal and labor relations.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including contracts, promotion or pay changes, disciplinary and exits.
- Provide forward thinking HR consultation on operational and process issues impacting the business and take forward suggested HR proposals for review and implementation
- Coach and develop managers around employee relations, performance management, goal setting and other key areas. Ensure all related processes defined from global HR are effectively executed within timeline.
