Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and implement employee processes and procedures, using HR systems for proper documentation.
Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
Managing the end to end payroll.
Responsible for data/file management processes related to new-hire and termination processes across all databases for personnel
Knowledge of Microsoft office package and relevant HR software;
Identify employee training and development needs by conducting surveys,
Coordinate with PR team for the onboarding.
