Job Description
Conduct analysis and create visual representations to assess the HR team's improvement towards the objectives outlined in the People Strategy
Collect data on employment records, payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, and exit interviews to analyse the end-to-end employee lifecycle
Create reports for internal and external stakeholders and implement relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency of the workforce
Analyse data & statistics for trends regarding employee performance, recruitment, engagement & turnover
Use data analysis to detect and evaluate patterns and assess potential opportunities and risks
