Brief about the job:
Eventum Exhibitions is looking for strong HR specialist candidates to support in building the HR management structure with experience in using the ODOO system as well as strong experience in KSA Labour Law documentation payroll governmental platforms Recruitment & Selection processes and resources for the White & Blue collars.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of HR procedures and existing KSA labor law
Provide documents and routinely follow up with the companys PRO for all processes related to visa applications renewals cancellations and all other company documentation
Ensure a smooth recruitment process for each newly hired employee from collection of documents visa stamping application of medical insurance archiving hard/soft copies of employee documents in organized folders
Devise a database for employee record tracking such as employee list document expiry leave record salaries etc.
Responsible for correspondence work related to online portal / company registration external and internal agreements etc. including internal HR forms and letters
Prepare monthly attendance and overtime records and recording the vacations and all employees salary variables and handed over to finance.
Answer incoming calls take messages and redirect to concerned department (if required)
Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner
Provide administrative support and coordinate to company departments
Maintain office stationeries and pantry items
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Manage agendas travel plans and appointments meetings and the meeting room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.
Maintaining general office files including job files vendor files and other files related to the companys operations and finance department
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment and follow up of the inventory with different departments
Any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager
Skills:
This opportunity is for Saudi Nationality Only
Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in office administration and HR field prior experience in events & Exhibition field is highly recommended.
Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
Trustworthy & Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks & organizing.
Excellent communication skills in handling different situations
