- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience working in a Human Resources department, preferably in an Engineering consultancy or construction firm.
- Possess the potential to be studying towards a Human Resources professional qualification, such as CIPD.
- Strong communication skills and a sincere passion for human resources.
- Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and generating management information.
- Fluency in the English language is a prerequisite.
