  • Manage and update HR databases with different information.
  • Issues employment statements, as well as letters of recommendation, warnings, etc.
  • Attends to employee general requests and inquiries about their employment issues.
  • Prepare the monthly HR report.
  • Assist in payroll management.
  • Update job description and organizational structures of the Company, whenever necessary.
  • Ensure sending the list of birthday celebrants and service awardees.
  • Monitor actual usage of annual leave in comparison with the leave calendar. Report any discrepancy, should there be any.
  • Implementing on board process, by coordinating with new hires to provide all mandatory documents, request for uniform etc.
  • Coordinate with the Government relations department, and forward all related documents for visa application, follow up that all foreign personnel have valid work and residency permits, etc.
  • Assist with health insurance plan, including the processing of new enrollments, change reporting and claims resolution.
  • Follow up with the head of departments on performance appraisal and ensuring implementation on timely manner.
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
  • Contributes to overall positive employee engagement across the company, including but not limited to employee recognitions, social activities, exceptional achievement etc.
