Housekeeping Supervisor

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (Live-In) Location: Rashidiya Dubai

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role

Strong understanding of housekeeping principles and practices

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to train and manage housekeeping staff

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a live-in arrangement

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and welcoming home

Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff as needed

Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards

Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth operations

Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks as required

Maintain open communication with the family to address specific preferences or requirements

Live-in arrangement with accommodation and meals provided
