Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management with a focus on VIP VVIP or Royal Families preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and chemicals.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Training: Directly supervise housekeeping staff providing guidance training and support to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all assigned areas to ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with established standards. Address any deficiencies promptly and effectively.
  • VIP Service: Maintain a keen understanding of the unique needs and preferences of VIP VVIP and Royal Families. Coordinate with staff to ensure personalized and discreet service at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies equipment and amenities. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with management staff and clients to address any concerns requests or special requirements promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain efficient work schedules for housekeeping staff ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing productivity and resource utilization.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff providing feedback coaching and recognition as appropriate.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health and sanitation regulations. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both staff and clients.
