Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage technical design of various projects including urban/rural roadways, multi-use paths, park designs/developments
  
• Perform Office Manager duties for office including personnel/job assignments
  
• Responsible for client management and overall project performance metrics
  
• Review design plans for compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  
• Work with project manager to establish project scope, budget, timelines and designs
  
• Communicate/meet with municipal clients including cities, utility companies and state agencies
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 5+ years of experience
  
• PE License
  
• Experience working in INDOT project development process, construction documentation and administration
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  
• Experience working with Indiana state grant programs and the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission
