Job Description
Education and training:
Preferably have a bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field. Recognized certifications in hotel management can be an added advantage.
Experience:
You must have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and hotel management. Working in management or supervisory positions previously can be an advantage.
Management skills:
You must have excellent management skills, including leading and organizing teams and managing processes and resources.
communication skills:
Your communication skills must be excellent to interact with customers and employees effectively.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software:
You should be familiar with the reservation systems and hotel software used in the hotel and how to manage them.
