Job Description
Education and experience:
Hotel managers typically require a bachelor's degree in hotel and hospitality management or a related field. Having a master's degree in hotel management is an added advantage.
Driving skills:
Must have strong management and leadership skills. You must be able to direct and motivate the hotel staff.
communication skills:
You need to excel at communicating with guests and staff, and have good communication skills in the local language and other languages if the hotel serves international guests.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry:
Must be familiar with the latest hospitality industry trends and practices, including marketing techniques, customer relationship management, and other related matters.
