- Meet & greet the customer who has availed lounge services.
- Seat guests and offer welcome drink ensure ideal speed of service.
- Assist VIP customer when token number calling and direct the customer
- Make coffee from coffee machine and serving to our VIP customer, Kaava serving (prepared by our office boy).
- Check & Ensure all the display are working fine & charging points if any problem should report to floor supervisor
- Check & Ensure cleanness of lounge
