Job Summary
Job Title: Homecare Elderly Care Nurse
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates. We are hiring a compassionate and experienced Elderly Care Nurse to join our inhome care team. We are looking for a nursing graduate or a licensed RN with handson experience in elderly care. This role is ideal for someone who values patientcentered care and is committed to improving the daily lives and overall wellbeing of elderly clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Elderly Care Deliver highquality compassionate care including assistance with daily living activities personal hygiene mobility support meal preparation and vitalsign monitoring.
- Care Planning Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to create and update individualized care plans tailored to each clients needs.
- Patient & Family Education Provide guidance on eldercare techniques safe use of medical equipment and ongoing care requirements.
- Safety & Compliance Follow safety protocols and infectioncontrol standards ensuring a clean and secure environment. Maintain accurate documentation in line with homecare requirements.
Qualifications:
Certification & Education:
- Nursing graduate (Bachelors degree with experience in elderly care or
- Registered Nurse (RN) with elderlycare experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting focused on elderly care or homecare services.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of elderlycare needs including chroniccondition management and personal assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate patientfocused approach.
- Ability to work independently and deliver highquality care in a home environment.
