- Design and implement a comprehensive HiPo development program, including training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
- Work with HRBPs to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
- Manage the delivery of training programs and coaching sessions, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of the HiPo program and make continuous improvements as needed.
- Maintain and manage the HiPo development budget.
