Job Description

- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Measure and report on project performance; Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders;
- Identify and initiate required reporting modifications for a comprehensive reports
- Act as the point of contact for all projects and Placing calls. And act as a liaison between the project team and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations
- Project documentation and performing administrative duties by maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, permits, and other relevant records.
- Directly assist managers in daily administrative duties.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet the requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintaining LOG of incoming/outgoing correspondence and reports related to projects.
- Filing documents such as Work Completion Report, Local Purchase Order, Delivery Notes, Quotation, incoming and outgoing documents sending by fax or e-mail.
