Job Summary

Job Title: Heavy Truck Driver

Position Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Truck Driver to transport goods and materials safely between locations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining vehicle safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Operation: Safely drive and operate heavy trucks/trailers in compliance with UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Cargo Handling: Assist with or oversee the loading and unloading of goods ensuring cargo is properly secured and balanced before transit.

Route Planning: Plan optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries while avoiding traffic delays and bad road conditions.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking oil tire pressure brakes lights and fuel levels). Report any mechanical faults or repairs needed immediately.

Documentation: Keep accurate logs of working hours vehicle service records delivery notes receipts and logbooks as per company guidelines.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to road safety standards company protocols and UAE transportation regulations.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

License: Must hold a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4 or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience as a Heavy Truck Driver in the UAE or GCC region.

Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE routes highways and traffic rules.

Languages: Basic knowledge of English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is an added advantage).

Skills: Strong driving skills physical stamina punctuality and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Salary: AED 3000 AED 3500 / month (depending on experience)

Required Skills:

Essential Duties & Skills required: Should have formal educational qualifications in Poultry / animal science and experience in Poultry. Should be an expert in the poultry field. Knowledge in other areas ( farming other livestock ) not a must . Strong knowledge on all diseases relating to poultry. Prevention and control methods Able to create and enforce sops. Able to create suitable nutritional organic diet for poultry. Recommend best stress-free environment for raising chicken. Quality control in coordination with in-house lab. Very passionate in poultry field Able to work with a team (no ego no attitude) Work Environment: The position requires you to work both inside and in outside conditions throughout the year. There is a physical aspect to the role requiring at times lifting and other physical works. The Company will provide the necessary protective equipment and clothing along with Company policy document and procedures to ensure safe working environment.
