Job Summary

We are looking for an Integration Services Analyst to develop support and manage healthcare application interfaces across Oracle Health/Cerner and third-party systems. The role requires strong experience with Rhapsody or similar interface engines healthcare interoperability standards and production support in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build maintain and support interfaces between Oracle Health/Cerner and external healthcare systems.
  • Develop and troubleshoot integrations using HL7 FHIR XML X12 APIs and related messaging standards.
  • Configure and maintain Rhapsody Interface Engine channels mappings routing and monitoring.
  • Analyse interface failures data-quality issues and service tickets; provide timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors clinical teams technical teams and third-party providers on integration requirements.
  • Support data migration conversion audits regulatory reporting and KPI reporting.
  • Monitor interface performance and perform system testing upgrades and change-control activities.
  • Translate healthcare and Department of Health requirements into system configuration and integration rules.
  • Prepare technical documentation training materials and operational procedures.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Health Informatics or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare IT integration preferably with Oracle Health/Cerner systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR XML APIs and interface-engine tools such as Rhapsody.
  • Ability to read analyse and troubleshoot healthcare messages and integration logs.
  • Experience with application support vendor coordination data quality and clinical workflows.
  • Knowledge of revenue-cycle processes and UAE healthcare regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication analytical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
