- Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with our business objectives and guarantee the effective delivery of healthcare financing services.
- Infrastructure Development: Build data interfaces, feeds, and analytic support to enhance citizen engagement and promote wellbeing.
- Policy Formulation: Draft user and employer terms and conditions, and ensure their delivery through appropriate channels to citizens.
- Customer Interaction: Optimize end-user experience and engagement in the health system, routinely measuring and enhancing these aspects.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and sustain quality control procedures and assurance programs to maintain high service standards in integrated finance delivery, customer service, and provider delivery.
